Having endured many years of sleeping on a cheap, thick foam mattress that was in our boat when we purchased it some 10 years ago, a new mattress was on the agenda.
Living in Adelaide, we were lucky enough to be able to visit the factory, which we did on a Saturday afternoon.
Given the shape of the hull, any mattress for the bed needed to be custom made to fit.
Nothing was too much trouble for these guys.
Having selected a high quality material, they proceeded to cut the new mattress and fit a cover, no easy task given that there was only one straight edge out of 4, both longitudinally and vertically.
They actually seemed to enjoy the challenge!

And it fitted perfectly!!
